Warranty Guidelines

The Limited Guarantee is at sole option of HomeOne Technologies LLP, HomeOne Technologies LLP will warrant to original purchaser and repair the defectiveness during the Guarantee Period.

Guarantee period:

  • The Limited Guarantee shall last for thirty six (36) months from the date of original purchase printed in below Product Information column (“Guarantee Period”) to the date of the defective product received by HomeOne Technologies LLP. This Guarantee is invalid for spare parts, such as power adapter, power cord, cables, remote control, etc.
  • This Limited Guarantee may not be sold – on, assigned, transferred or given to any subsequent purchaser or acquirer of the Product.
  • If HomeOne Technologies LLP. repairs or replaces the Product, the repaired or replaced Product shall continue to be warranted for the same time of the original Guarantee period.
  • Exclusion:

  • This Limited Guarantee applies only to the hardware components of the Product as originally and does not apply to any software or other equipment. HomeOne Technologies LLP. reserves the authority to determine whether the defective product should be repaired.
  • The equipment has been damaged by negligence, accident, act of God, mishandling, or has not been operated in accordance with the procedures described in the operating and technical instructions.
  • The equipment has been altered or repaired by other than the Manufacturer or an authorized service representative of the Manufacturer.
  • Adaptations or accessories other than those manufactured or provided by Manufacturer have been made or attached to the equipment which, in the determination of Manufacturer, shall have affected the performance, safety, or reliability of the equipment.
  • The equipment’s original serial number has been modified or removed.
